  • Full Body Sculpt emphasizes muscular strength, endurance, and growth while also challenging balance and stability. From dumbbells & kettlebells to stability balls & resistance bands, we will slowly ramp up intensity as we build lean muscle mass. This 45-minute class takes a different approach to strength training by putting functional fitness in the forefront. Targeting the entire body through compound movements, get ready to harness that mind-body connection!
